Bushcraft must be one of the most encompassing outdoor pursuits today, but for our ancestors it was their way of life. They were in tune with the changing seasons, nature and their surroundings, and also were aware of all the natural resources around them to stay alive and live comfortably.
Today these skills are still being learnt and used by native people , armed forces , explorers and anyone with a passion for the great outdoors. With todays modern travel we are never too far from wild and remote parts of the world. Having the skills of our ancestors and a combination of modern equipment we can all enjoy the outdoors with more confidence.
